Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in deep cleaning, knowledge of cleaning products and safety standards, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Evening or weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in deep cleaning of residential/commercial spaces preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Pasco County.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living/work spaces.
• Clean hard-to-reach and neglected areas such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, grout cleaning, and stain removal as needed.
• Use cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate progress and special requests to supervisors and clients.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order.
