Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a diligent Casino Facility Cleaner to perform general cleaning duties across public areas of the casino facility, including gaming floors, restaurants, and back-of-house spaces.

You will follow established cleaning standards, respond promptly to spills, maintain a safe, orderly work environment, and interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner. Ability to read and communicate in English is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
• Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning duties in public areas of the Casino Facility.
• Cleans carpet, edges, spot cleaning and shampooing with equipment as directed.
• Cleans hard floor surfaces with dust mopping and wet mop techniques.
• Performs dusting and polishing of slot machines, art, walls and fixtures.
• Cleans windows and doors, removes trash, and maintains a clean work area.
• Promptly addresses spills or accidents and assists guests and staff with information.
• Ensures safe storage of equipment and materials.
