Cache Creek Casino Resort in California seeks a dedicated dishwasher to ensure all soiled dishes in the restaurants, EDR, Bingo, server areas and kitchen are cleaned thoroughly. The role includes cleaning and maintaining all kitchen machinery and the dishwashing area.
No prior experience is required; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities cover cleaning, sanitizing, and supporting kitchen operations with safe, sanitary practices.

Ensures all soiled dishes in the restaurants, EDR, Bingo, server areas and kitchen have been cleaned thoroughly. Cleans and maintain all kitchen machinery as well as the dishwashing area.

Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment.
Ensures all trash cans in kitchen and restaurant areas are emptied as needed.
Disposes of cooking oil into the oil bin daily.
Sweeps and mops kitchen and dish room floors at the end of each shift.
Sweep and mop EDR as needed and in a timely manner.
Washes restaurant, Bingo Snack Bar, kitchen, EDR and dish room mats whenever required.
Wipes down all kitchen walls.
Cleans storage racks in walk-ins and dry storage racks.
Cleans ovens and warmers.
Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all stations.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen vents and hoods and deep cleaning according to the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
Helps cook and prepare food products when needed.
Always maintain a safe, sanitary and accident free working environment.
Other duties as assigned.

No prior experience or training.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Needs to be able to sign in and out on break list and chemical labels.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
