Job summary

Midwest Logistics Systems is seeking a dedicated truck driver to run out-and-back, maintaining daily home time. You will haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks and work with the same customers every day.

Drivers come from all CDL backgrounds and will enjoy route flexibility with potential sign-on bonuses and performance rewards. This role offers full-time employment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Live within 50 miles of Lima, OH.
• Experience: All CDL holders.

• Drive out-and-back dedicated routes with the same customers daily.
• Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer equipment.
• No-touch, drop-and-hook freight where possible.
• Coordinate with onsite leaders and dispatch for smooth operations.

Pay and bonus potential

• Route and detention pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers.
• Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
• Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
• Weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Lima, OH.
