Job summary

Postal Delivery Systems is hiring experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a dedicated scheduled route operating between West Sacramento and Seattle. Both Team drivers are paid hourly for the scheduled trip, whether driving or riding as the second Team driver.

Requirements include Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, tractor-trailer experience, at least 25 years old, minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving, USPS qualification, background/MVR checks, and DOT drug testing.

Qualifications

• Current DOT medical card required.
• Tractor-trailer experience required.
• Must meet DOT and USPS qualification requirements.
• Valid Commercial License (Class A) and DOT Physical Exam.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Postal experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review by insurance, DOT drug testing and DOT physical examination.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 100 lbs, secure loads, and work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated West Sacramento–Seattle route as a team pair.
• Maintain safe driving practices and secure loads using straps.
