Responsibilities

• Write detailed reports using company software each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and expectations.
• Interact with clients and on-site personnel to build service relationships.
• Report information to the Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Care for Signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles).
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and service quality targets.
• Communicate post order changes to ensure efficiency.
