J&R Schugel is seeking professional CDL-A drivers for dedicated Midwest regional reefer lanes. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, enjoy top pay and benefits, and participate in performance bonuses and various incentive pay programs.

Eligible drivers have 6–12 months of recent OTR/regional CDL-A experience, a valid CDL-A, are 21+, and have refrigerated experience with a clean driving record. Expect reliable, high-mileage lanes and modern equipment tailored for refrigerated freight.

• Pay Range: $0.66 - $0.72 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,300 - 2,500+
