Job summary

J&R Schugel Trucking, Inc. is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for OTR routes. Earn up to $150,000 in take-home pay with top lease rates and modern 2023 or newer Kenworth trucks.

This lease opportunity includes no money down, no credit check, and two delayed truck payments to help you get rolling. Expect home time every 2–3 weeks with planned resets. Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• OTR experience: 6 months in the last 3 years for Dry Van; 6–12 months for Refrigerated in the last 3 years.
• Refrigerated experience preferred.

• A lease built around you. Start with no money down and no credit check required, with your first two truck payments delayed to help you get rolling. Weekly truck payments range $625-$775 based on truck year,* with no interest or mileage penalties, and the option to purchase at fair market value or start a new lease at your term's end.

Driver Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
