You will document nursing assessments, administer medications, execute treatments, and support admissions and transfers. The pay range is $25.24 to $34.73 per hour, with benefits aligned to our mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Participation with interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care.
• Documentation of resident condition and nursing needs in a timely manner.
• Directing nursing assistant assignments based on census and care level.
• Execute treatments and document reactions to medications and treatments.
• Generate, prepare, administer, and chart medications.
• Initiate physician orders when needed.
• Communicate changes in medications with families.
• Maintain up-to-date care plans reflecting resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care.
• Document resident conditions and nursing needs promptly and accurately.
• Develop and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care level.
• Execute treatments and document reactions to meds and therapies.
• Generate, prepare, administer, and chart all medications.

• Facilitate family communication regarding medications and changes.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality service.
