Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and family law procedures, with the ability to understand and apply relevant statutes and court rules.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, declarations, discovery requests, and court forms.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to conduct thorough Research and perform Document Review, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing case materials.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education, and prior experience as a family law paralegal in California preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality, professionalism, and a respectful, inclusive workplace.
