Job summary

J Rose Logistics, located in Florida, is seeking experienced truck drivers for a full-time W2 position. Drivers will engage in 100% touch freight with predictable scheduling and strong support from the operations team.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and offers competitive weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,800, alongside various benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Compliance with all DOT safety and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% touch freight duties.
• Unload boxes using rollers at customer locations.
• Complete an average of 3 loads per week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (School or training time does not count toward experience)
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,800
• 2,000 sign on bonus
• Unload pay: $240 per unloaded trailer
• Backhaul pay: $50 per backhaul
• W2 position
• Full benefits package available
• Consistent miles and steady year-round freight

Home Time & Schedule

• Minimum home weekly (resets typically taken during deliveries)
• Most deliveries occur in the early morning hours
• Nights, weekends, and holiday work required
• Predictable regional scheduling
