Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced regional truck drivers to run a stable, year-round dedicated contract. You will earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly, with home time weekly and a 34-hour rest reset. Expect about 1,500 miles weekly, three high-yield loads, and unloading at customer sites using roto-carts and lift gates.

This full-time, W2 position covers regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries across AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required for the role.
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR with deliveries across multiple states.
• Deliver an average of 1,500 miles per week and 3 high-yielding loads per week with ~3 stops per load.
• Unload freight at customer locations using roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.

Pay & Compensation

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Exact days may vary depending on customer freight needs)
• Volume: Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week, averaging 3 delivery stops per load
• Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Operating Area: Regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries extending into Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated account touch-freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer delivery locations using company-provided roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Equipment: Well-maintained fleet equipped with the tools necessary to ensure driver safety and fluid delivery operations.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
