Job summary

This regional driver role is designed to maximize earnings on a stable, year-round dedicated contract. You will run predictable routes, stay active, and get home weekly with a 34-hour rest reset as needed.

Expect about 1,500 miles per week, three high-yield loads weekly, and roughly three stops per load on a West Memphis, AR-originating operation delivering across AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL. CDL-A and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with DOT requirements.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR and deliver to AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
• Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week with ~1,500 miles weekly.
• Unload freight at delivery locations using company-provided equipment.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,600 – $1,800 average weekly pay
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, stable freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Exact days may vary depending on customer freight needs)
• Volume: Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week, averaging 3 delivery stops per load
• Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Operating Area: Regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries extending into Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated account touch-freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer delivery locations using company-provided roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Equipment: Well-maintained fleet equipped with the tools necessary to ensure driver safety and fluid delivery operations.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
