J Rose Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account out of Ocala, FL. This touch-freight role offers high unloading pay, home every week with a 34-hour weekend reset, and a take-home sleeper truck near your home.

Routes cover Florida retail freight with predictable lanes and a full benefits package. Drivers must have a valid CDL-A, at least 3 months solo experience, and be able to unload freight using a roller conveyor system.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license required.
• Minimum 3 months solo Class A CDL experience.
• Must be physically able to perform touch-freight and unloading.
• Must live within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL or 60 miles of The Villages, FL.
• Home weekly with a 34-hour weekend reset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional Florida lanes (Miami, Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando).
• Unload freight at customer locations using a roller conveyor system.
• Operate brand-new automatic sleeper tractor-trailer and take home for resets.

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Launch Point: All routes originate at the dedicated distribution center in Ocala, FL.
• The Lanes: Deliveries span across high-volume Florida markets, including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando.
• Active Unloading: Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer retail locations using a company-provided roller conveyor system.

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically willing and capable of performing repetitive touch-freight duties and unloading full trailers via a roller system.
• Home Parking: Must have access to a safe, secure location to park a commercial tractor-trailer during your weekly time off.
• MUST live within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL OR 60 miles of The Villages, FL
