Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Regional Delivery Driver for a dedicated touch freight account based out of Ocala, FL. The role offers top tier pay with weekly average pay of 1,430–1,540 USD plus unload pay, and a take-home truck.

You will run regional Florida routes, home weekly with a 34-hour reset, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. Drivers unload via a roller conveyor system and must meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with solo driving experience (3 months).

Pay: Top Tier Band Rates (Based on Experience) + Extra Unload Pay - $1430-$1540 average weekly pay

Frequency: 3 high-yielding turns per week (Average of 3 to 5 stops per load)

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Launch Point: All routes originate at the dedicated distribution center in Ocala, FL.
• The Lanes: Deliveries span across high-volume Florida markets, including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando.
• Active Unloading: Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer retail locations using a company-provided roller conveyor system.

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically willing and capable of performing repetitive touch-freight duties and unloading full trailers via a roller system.
• Home Parking: Must have access to a safe, secure location to park a commercial tractor-trailer during your weekly time off.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
