4. Compensation: $0.47-$0.99 CPM
5. Average weekly miles: 3,500-4,500
6. Annual salary: $42,000 - $102,000
7. Weekly payroll
8. Automatic transmission trucks
9. Pre Pass included
10. Drop and hook
11. No-touch freight
