Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in Louisiana is seeking professional truck drivers for steady, year-round freight opportunities. You will haul dry van loads within an established network, with weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500 and mileage-based pay.

You will be home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset, operating a triangle from New Orleans to Memphis and Albany/Valdosta markets, and you’ll benefit from a well-supported, safety-focused fleet culture.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week
• Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight
• Onboarding: Paid orientation included

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset
• Run in a triangle from New Orleans, LA to Memphis, TN and Albany/Valdosta, GA markets
• Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload

Job Details & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
• Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $16.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
