Job summary

Whirley Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembler II in the Decoration and Assembly department to operate a variety of production machines as customer needs dictate, including transfer and pad print equipment.

You will follow the Standard Work Instructions to meet or exceed established quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include loading and operating machines, performing basic setup and maintenance, reading Bills of Materials, verifying correct components, and notifying Team

Responsibilities

• Load and operate decoration/assembly machines to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Follow standard work instructions for pad print, transfer, labels and related equipment.
• Read bills of materials and verify correct components at workstation.
• Inform Team Leader of any component errors or machine malfunctions.
• Perform setup, runs, adjustments and cleanup of pad print machines.
• Maintain safety and wear PPE as required.
