Job summary

Whirley Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for the Decoration and Assembly (D&A) team to support the Team Leader, coach Assemblers I, and ensure line staffing, safety, and quality. You will help set up assembly lines, monitor throughput, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely production in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Supervises Assemblers I to meet goals and maintain performance expectations.
• Ensures safety, quality procedures and adherence to policies.
• Coordinates training and back-ups to sustain operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist D&A Team Leader with goals, ensuring Assemblers I have tools and environment.
• Supervise a subset of Assemblers I, defining department goals and expectations.
• Oversee assignment, quality, inventory, and safety in assembly activities.
• Schedule daily tasks using Production Schedule Summary (PSS).
• Monitor workload for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; maintain documentation.
• Enforce policies; manage vacation and attendance records.
