The Boys Club of New York is seeking a Part Time Deck Supervisor in New York, NY to lead BCNY’s Learn to Swim program and related aquatic activities for members aged 7–21. The role focuses on safety, skill development, and program quality within Clubhouse policies.
Responsibilities include supervising part-time staff, delivering Learn To Swim and lifeguard training, ensuring pool safety, and maintaining records with the City of New York Department of Health. 25 hours per week.

Reporting to the Physical Education Director the Deck Supervisor is responsible for management of BCNYs Learn to Swim Program as well as other aquatic activities for members ages 7 21 Activities should focus on the physical social and educational development of BCNY members Heshe will collect and data to assist in identifying needs prior to planning implementing monitoring and evaluating programs designed to encourage safe swimming and healthy lifestyles
