HomeSmiles Virginia Beach is seeking experienced independent contractors for deck, porch, fence, and exterior carpentry projects in the Virginia Beach area. Reliable professionals with strong framing and finish carpentry skills, good communication, and customer satisfaction are encouraged to apply.

This is a long-term contractor partnership with weekly payouts and project-based compensation based on scope and experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry experience including decks, fences, or general contracting.
• Active General Liability Insurance and Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
• Appropriate contractor or trade license.
• Reliable transportation and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects professionally.

Responsibilities

We are looking for reliable professionals with strong framing and finish carpentry skills who take pride in quality work, communication, and customer satisfaction.
