The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) protects California consumers and ensures a fair marketplace. It licenses and regulates over 3.4 million licensees across more than 280 license types. The Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) regulates nursing practice and enforces the Nursing Practice Act.
A Background Investigation and fingerprint clearance are required. This is a CORI sensitive position, and confidentiality must be maintained.
