Qualifications

• This position requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Be able to obtain agency-required clearances for criminal record check, child abuse, and working with children.
• Complete and be trained on CommonGround software.
• Must have a lived mental health experience.
• One year's work experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented peer support to individuals aged 14 and above using Common Ground Software.
• Assist consumers in identifying and implementing recovery-oriented Personal Medicine.
• Write and complete the Common Ground report and use Decision Aid Worksheets.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for working with individuals age 14 via Common Ground Software to empower consumers and provide them with the tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsibilities include providing recovery oriented peer support, assisting the consumer in identifying providing recovery oriented Personal Medicine, writing power sand completion of the Common Ground report and using Decision Aid Worksheets.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School diploma or GED

Experience

Be a self- identified individual who has received or is receiving state priority group services. Have a high school diploma or GED.

One years' work experience in human services preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, & Other Requirements

Be able to obtain agency-required clearances for criminal record check, child abuse, and working with children.

Complete and be trained on CommonGround software.

Must have a lived mental health experience.
