Memorial Health Services in Fountain Valley, CA, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for the Decision Support-Shared Svcs team. The role supports cost accounting, financial modeling, and analysis of patient and financial data to guide strategic decisions.

Must have at least five years in a similar role, strong Excel, analytical skills, and experience building reports/dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and SSRS. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field required.

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of theDecision Support and Financial Planning team. This position maintains a broad understanding of our Medical Foundation operations and detailed knowledge of financial models and data analysis. They support the cost accounting system, design new cost accounting strategies, perform analysis on patient data and financial data.Provides guidance to other team members to carry out objectives.Maintains high level of emotional intelligence and executive presence. They are adept in multiple analytical platforms and employs a high degree of critical thinking to all work.
