Job summary

Concord seeks a Decision Scientist to join our Analytics practice, working with client delivery teams from Marketing and Analytics, as well as Concord's delivery team of project leads, analysts, engineers, and data scientists. This client-facing role offers growth through tracks in technical data & analytics, account leadership, and management.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for storytelling with data.

Qualifications

3+ years in the Data & Analytics space, preferably with consulting experience.
Strong ability to translate between business needs and advanced analytic techniques.
Must have SQL and Python skills.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data pipelines and data engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
Collaborate with cloud architects to design cost-effective, high-performance data solutions.
Understand marketing analytics, CRM or channel analytics.
