Qualifications

• Combination of academic aptitude and quantitative skills expected.
• 3+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, CS, or Engineering.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-impact analyses across banking models, products, and channels.
• Partner on initiatives and drive decision science projects leveraging quantitative methods.
• Deliver insights that increase revenue or efficiency and improve decision-making.
• Apply tools to solve business challenges with timely, accurate, repeatable analyses.
• Communicate findings and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
