Alpheva is seeking a senior decision science consultant for remote, project-based AI evaluation studies focused on decision models, uncertainty, and bias. You will review model outputs, identify confounded evidence, and draft scoring criteria grounded in rigorous methodology.

Applicants must have 7+ years in decision science, senior-level judgment, and the ability to justify corrections with traceable evidence; compensation is hourly, ranging from $160–$210, with payout methods TBD.
