Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Indiana.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of pharmacy laws, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work in decentralized areas with other health professionals to promote safe medication use.
• Monitor medication therapy regimens and document clinical notes.
• Provide information to professional staff and respond to codes for drug information.
