We are seeking part‑time interns—current full‑time college students—to join our teams and make an impact while gaining hands‑on experience with scientists. Interns will have access to mentorship, exposure to cutting‑edge research, and networking opportunities.

Essential Functions

• Understand the company’s overall concept, including brand, customer, product goals, and service aspects.
• Assist in data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects.
• Stay updated on current scientific literature and advancements.
• Accept designated tasks and projects to research, propose ideas and solutions as needed.
• Learn and become proficient in internal processes and software systems.
• Exemplify professionalism, communication and organization skills.

Education and Experience

• Must be a full‑time student in college with documentation proving enrollment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior work experience is desired.

Essential Physical Characteristics

• Continuous upward and downward flexion of the neck.
• Frequent sitting, repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers and copiers.
• Frequent use of hands to feel objects or control tools such as pipetting (requires laboratory dexterity).
• Occasional walking, standing, climbing stairs, bending and twisting of neck and waist, squatting, simple grasping, reaching above and below shoulder level, and occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work with biohazardous agents (up to BSL‑2).
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, noise, fumes, limited dust and oily coolants.
• Requires compliance with PPE policy, including safety glasses, appropriate attire, safety shoes, hard hat, hearing protection, etc.
