Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of deburr experience, strong manual skills, and the ability to lift and handle parts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop with strict safety protocols and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience as a deburr technician.
• Live within 15 miles of our office address.
• Mechanical savviness and adeptness with manual tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with handheld measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, sketches, and manuals to perform deburring.
• Ensure machines are prepared for optimal performance.
• Use grinding and abrasive tools to remove burrs from metal parts.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments for spec compliance.
• Handle hand tools and pneumatic devices to remove heavy burrs.
• Maintain and organize the deburring area and follow safety protocols.

• Ensuring machines are primed for optimal performance.
• Using different grinding and abrasive tools to eliminate burrs from metal parts.
• Checking finished work with precision instruments for compliance with specifications.
• Using various hand tools and pneumatic devices to remove heavy burrs.
• Maintaining and organizing the deburring area.
• Adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
