Job summary

XLI Corporation, located in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Deburrer to join their manufacturing team. Responsibilities include deburring and polishing sheet metal parts, ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications, and maintaining a clean work area.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand job orders, drawings, and blueprints.
• Capable of meeting assigned deadlines.
• Previous CNC experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deburr/polish sheet metal parts using the correct wheels and equipment.
• Follow blueprint specifications for finishing.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

How this job will fit your life:

• Hours – 7:00am to 2:30pm
• Days – Monday through Friday
• Pay – Based on experience

What you can expect each day:

• Deburr/polish sheet metal parts using the correct type of wheels and equipment
• Follow blueprint specifications for finishing
• Counter sinking/tapping sheet metal
• Smooth edges of sheet metal manually or with a machine
• Responsible for keeping a clean and organized work area

The marginal functions of this position have not been included. Employee is required to perform any work‑related duty assigned by management.
