The ideal candidate reads blueprints/GD&T, resolves RCCA non-conformances, and communicates effectively to teammates while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in deburr operations and inspection of aerospace components.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T information.
• Experience interpreting RCCA non-conformances and applying corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures and SOPs to meet quality standards.
• Maintain key process variables and log daily operations.
• Apply 5S and keep workstation organized and clean.
