Job summary

Staffmark in Temecula, CA is seeking a Deburr Technician to support daily manufacturing operations. Pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This hands-on role requires machining, finishing, and careful inspection of small precision components. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year deburring experience, good manual dexterity, and the ability to read engineering drawings and follow quality specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience deburring small precision components in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using microscopes or magnification equipment (typically 10x) for detailed inspection and finishing work.
  • Able to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections while maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, copper, nickel, and specialty alloys.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deburr, edge break, and finish precision components using hand tools and magnification equipment.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects while maintaining dimensional integrity and tight tolerances.
  • Perform detailed visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize blades, files, stones, abrasive sticks, brushes, and rotary tools for finishing operations.
  • Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing work instructions.
