Job Title: Deburr Technician

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours/week - 1st shift
About the Opportunity:
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from CNC machined components using various hand/power tools.
- Polish and blend CNC machined castings, forgings and billet components.

What You'll Do:
- Selecting proper methods and tools for deburring.
- Maintain all records necessary.
- Maintaining deburring equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Following safety, 5s and environmental procedures and regulations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in deburring machined components of Aluminum, Steel and Titanium, in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of experience working with tight tolerance parts.
What Sets You Apart:
- The ability to read simplified blueprints.
- Basic computer skills.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Have the ability to work with others as a team.
- High tolerance-close tolerance parts start out on practice pieces until they are comfortable working all the hand tools.
- Work off of sheets -manual.
- Working with hand tools, bore scopes and different lights sources.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Have a great attention to detail.
