Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Deburr Technician in Clearwater, FL to remove burrs and sharp edges from CNC machined components, polish castings, and verify blueprint conformance. This temp-to-direct role offers 40 hours/week on 1st shift within the aviation and aerospace manufacturing sector.

You will use hand and power tools, maintain records, and keep deburring equipment clean and safe while following safety and 5S practices. High school diploma and 1+ year relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience deburring machined components in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with aluminum, steel and titanium parts.
• Experience with tight tolerance parts.
• Ability to read simplified blueprints.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Job Title: Deburr Technician

Employment: Temp to direct

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00/hr.

Schedule: 40 hours/week - 1st shift

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in deburring machined components of Aluminum, Steel and Titanium, in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience working with tight tolerance parts.

• High tolerance-close tolerance parts start out on practice pieces until they are comfortable working all the hand tools.
