Job summary

Averro in Monroe, WA is seeking a hands-on deburring technician to precision finish machined aerospace parts to customer specifications.

You will use deburr guns and pencil grinders, maintain strict quality and safety standards, and adapt to a Fri/Sun shift with weekend premium.

A high school diploma and US work authorization are required; prior shop experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on deburring, grinding, or finishing experience in manufacturing or machine shop.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Blend mismatches and break edges on machined aerospace parts to customer specifications.
• Use deburr guns, pencil grinders, and other technician hand tools to meet quality requirements.
• Meet customer standards such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of hearing protection, safety glasses, and dust mask.
• Receive weekend shift premium and differential pay on a Fri/Sat/Sun schedule.

Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on deburring, grinding, or finishing experience in a manufacturing or machine shop setting; entry-level considered
• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliable attendance; able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent; US work authorization without sponsorship

Bonus Qualifications

• One year of on-the-job experience in aerospace or machine shop work
• Basic skills with MS Windows-based computer systems
