Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Indiana is seeking an entry-level team member to support part processing in a growing manufacturing environment. You will perform deburr, hone, pack, wash, and inspect parts, with opportunities to learn drilling, tapping, and flange operations.

Responsibilities

• Deburr parts as needed using proper tools.
• Hone parts.
• Pack parts
• Wash and dip parts.
• Learn drilling, tapping and flange operations.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Occasionally receive, validate, and process incoming parts from outside sources, including notifying Purchasing of missing/discrepant packing slips and entering transactions into the ERP system.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Deburr parts as needed using proper tools.
• Hone parts.
• Pack parts
• Wash and dip parts.
• Ability to learn to drill, tap and flange.
• Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Occasionally receive, validate, and process incoming parts from outside sources. Activities of this role include notification to purchasing of missing/discrepant packing slips, entering transactions into E2, and handling and processing all necessary paperwork.
• Any other task assigned by management

• The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate those that cannot be met.
• Must follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B.
• Ability to stand on hard surface for the entire work shift.
