Job description

Hand Finisher / Deburr

Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift Options: Day or night shift

Pay: Starting at $17 - 24 per hour

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Deburr/hand finish parts per sketch/blueprint instructions and/or department/lead/supervisor instructions. Read and understand basic blueprint notes and deburr sketches.
2. Communicate and follow verbal instructions.

Other Experience That Includes:

1. Previous experience using a micro blaster is a plus.
2. The use of microscopes.
3. Hand held air and electric deburring tools.
4. Knowledge and use of deburring abrasives and burrs for specific materials.

Preferred Skills:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience.
2. Cleaning of parts as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

1. Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
2. Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
3. Must be willing to comply with personal protective equipment requirements (eye and hearing protection, etc.).
