Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
• Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
• Experience in closing transactions
• Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists in connection with debt financing transactions
• Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), debt securities offerings (including high-yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law
• JD or equivalent law degree
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• Training and development experience at a large law firm
• Showed the ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously
• Produced work that reflects strong attention to detail

Salary

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
