Required JD from an accredited law school and California bar admission. Strong analytical, negotiation, and teamwork skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in debt finance.
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending.
• Familiar with UCC secured transactions.
• Knowledge of leveraged finance and private capital.
