Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and admittance to the Arizona Bar is required.
• Licenses in additional states are valuable for the firm’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Appear in court on behalf of the firm as needed, including trials and arbitrations.
• Review new claims for compliance with firm and client standards.
• Review and approve pleadings filed with the courts, including complaints and motions.
• Draft motions and responses for contested matters when required.
• Argue contested motions and conduct trials and arbitrations.
• Manage telephonic and written communications with opposing counsel.
• Coordinate discovery responses and oversee counterclaims for firm or clients.
