Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst for debit solutions to lead client-facing implementations and migrations. You will guide financial institutions through data mapping, testing, and conversion to target platforms, ensuring low-risk migrations and production readiness.

The role requires strong hands-on configuration, advisory skills, and the ability to coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, and the Migration Office to deliver large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in payments, debit processing, or financial services implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and migrations end-to-end, serving as the primary contact from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Partner with clients to define products and configure solutions, including BIN setup, card programs, limits, fees, and transaction controls.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and mapping, translating client data into technical specifications for configuration and conversion.
• Create and validate transaction workflows and conversion mappings for accurate translation into FIS platforms.
• Drive testing and validation activities (SIT, UAT, readiness reviews) to confirm setup and data integrity.
• Guide clients through readiness, training, and procedural updates for proper system use post-conversion.
• Lead conversion execution and on-site/virtual cutover support, troubleshoot and obtain client sign-off.
