Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Manager within the Consumer Bank Debit Product team to support strategic initiatives, governance, reporting, and operating routines that enable product priorities. You will partner with Product, Strategy, Finance, Risk, and Controls to deliver insights and influence leadership decisions.

The role provides broad exposure across the Consumer Bank and opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives supporting the Debit business strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, business management, strategy, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple business management workstreams and governance routines.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting and performance metrics.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning, and reviews.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Controls and Operations to drive initiatives.
• Manage communications to promote priorities and roadmaps.
• Support project delivery by tracking milestones and risks.
