• Provide vision and leadership for TrAC programs and pathways.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and the College Catalog for TrAC.
• Supervise managers, faculty, and staff; participate in recruitment and evaluations.
• Advance student equity and success through Guided Pathways and data-driven decisions.
