Job summary

San Joaquin Delta College seeks a dynamic administrator to lead Transfer and Career (TrAC) Pathways, manage budgets, and coordinate faculty, staff, and services to advance student equity and completion. The role directs TrACs, Success Teams, and partnerships across campus and community.

The position requires a Master’s or higher and significant leadership experience in higher education, with a focus on guided pathways, equity, and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational administrator responsibilities including supervising programs and staff.
• Master's degree or higher required; district-wide leadership experience preferred.
• Six years of faculty or academic administrative experience with three years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for TrAC programs, resources, staff and faculty.
• Oversee enrollment management, scheduling and course offerings to ensure access and equity.
• Develop and monitor budgets, reports, contracts, and grants for TrAC programs.
• Promote student equity, success, and outcomes across assigned pathways.
