Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Dean of Students at Oswego East High School. Qualified candidates will have a valid/registered Professional Educator License with an Administrative endorsement.

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary of $75,000, depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five days paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical insurance (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
