Responsibilities

• Assist the principal with instructional leadership of curriculum, assessment, data analysis, staffing, and staff development.
• Demonstrate a high level of effectiveness in school leadership.
• Align with Cold Spring Philosophy and Beliefs.
• Lead teachers and staff toward curriculum and school goals as approved by the CEO.
• Organize and execute staff and curriculum development under the principal's direction.
• Reinforce the role of technology in teaching and learning.
• Infuse STEM and environmental education across the curriculum.
• Maintain an equity mindset to lead a diverse school community.
