Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid NC teaching license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in education or related area.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies, procedures, and rules regarding behavior on school property; maintain order in a fair and just manner.
• Provide direct support to school administrators and staff regarding behavioral issues.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the school discipline plan and behavior management programs.
• Coordinate school bus supervision before and after school.
• Oversee and coordinate the ISS program and campus security activities.
• Maintain communication with parents/guardians and attend parent conferences as necessary.
