Job summary

Seton Catholic Schools seeks a Dean of Operations to lead non-instructional functions and ensure operational excellence across our Milwaukee-area network. The role is based at a single school with collaboration with multiple campuses, reporting to senior leadership.

You will manage office operations, budgeting, purchasing, facilities, safety, and HR, while upholding the Seton mission and ensuring a welcoming, high-performing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Demonstrated interest in promoting academic excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedule efficiently.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Quick learner open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, finance, HR, facilities, and safety.
• Lead administrative staff and coordinate with Principal on staffing.
• Ensure compliance with Seton network policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate admissions/enrollment and data integrity.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
