Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum & Instruction.
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
- Leadership experience in curriculum planning or instructional coaching preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the principal and leadership team to develop and implement campus instructional goals.
- Lead the implementation of district curriculum and instructional initiatives.
- Model and promote high expectations for instructional quality and student learning.
- Assist teachers in developing and refining instructional strategies aligned to state standards.
- Analyze state and local assessment data to identify instructional gaps and student needs.
- Monitor progress of campus instructional programs and recommend adjustments.
