Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide collaborative leadership for college-wide institutional effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead planning, assessment, and reporting for strategic master plans and accreditation.
- Support data-driven decision-making and equity-focused student outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and governance groups to advance program review and resource planning.
- Develop and monitor institutional performance measures and dashboards.
